She has been charged with kidnapping, statutory rape and sodomy.

The boy came forward the day after having sex with Ms Schweitzer, and claimed she had even picked him up from a relative’s house when he was absent from school to have sex.
He told police that the pair had sex in her car by the river.
She touched him and performed a sex act on him followed by full sex, investigators were told.
The police report said she also asked the boy to send her photos of himself.
Schweitzer will face a trial in April.

Orwat pleaded guilty to rape of a child under 14 and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.

Assistant District Attorney Amy D. Wilson said in the first part of 2016 the girl's mother let Orwat, who had been a childhood friend, stay in her house because she didn't have a place to live.
The 13-year-old girl told her mother Orwat had raped her and also indecently assaulted her on two different days. The girl said Orwat threatened to kill herself if she told anyone, according to Wilson.
Defense lawyer Marissa L. Elkins said Orwat, who has been living with her mother since being released from jail pending trial, has made great progress through therapy and treatment programs.
The victim and her mother were in the courtroom. The girl submitted a victim impact statement to the judge but did not want to speak in court.
Ricciardone said he read the victim's statement several times and felt it was very moving. He said in accepting the sentence recommendation he took into account the fact that the girl said she was very anxious about having to come to court for the case.
Also in court was Orwat's mother.
CRESTWOOD, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Crestwood mother is accused of giving her son's friends booze, pot and sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy.
A woman who we aren't identifying to protect her 14-year-old son said she trusted Anne Downing, 37. She said she knew Downing, and their boys go to middle school together.
"There was a group of children that were friends, and they we going to have a little sleepover, hangout," she said. "I thought pizza and games, as most teenagers do."
But that night, she and the other parents got a phone call they never expected.
Police went to Downing's home on Manor Drive in Crestwood looking for a missing teenager. Officers said they could smell pot and found teens with several open bottles of booze.
"We all were notified and called by police at 1:30 a.m. to pick our children up, that they were severely intoxicated," the woman said. "When I pulled up, the whole street was full of cop cars, parents."
The next day, she went through her son's phone and said she found texts from Downing, some of which are too graphic to share.
"Very obscene sexual messages informing my child of sexual things he has no idea about," the woman said.
One text shown by the mother says, "The more I drink the more touchy-feely I am." The mother said she confronted Downing in person.
"I specifically asked her what was going on between her and my son, and she admitted to my son ... that she had oral sex with my son, that she had video sex with my son numerous times and had sent him pictures and provided him anything and everything he wanted," she said.
Police said Downing provided alcohol and marijuana to male teens at her home on at least three occasions in October and November. They also said she engaged with sexually explicit conversations with them on social media. She faces several charges including sodomy and unlawful transaction with a minor.
The mother of the victim said she is angry, hurt and confused.
"I have blocked everything out since I have been told face-to-face that someone has hurt my child," she said. "I can't take it back, it kills me. Tainting a child's innocence, no matter how old, they are wrong."
Oldham County Police said parents should talk to their children and call them if they believe their child may have been involved.

Coleman, Okla. (KXII) - Former Coleman School teacher Cori Harris has been charged with second-degree rape.

"[It's] very upsetting it just makes you want to keep a close watch on your kids, grand kids, and other kids," a resident said.
Court documents show Cori Nichole Harris, 24, was charged on November 29.
She turned herself on December 18, and appeared before a judge in Johnston County court with her lawyer.
Harris was released the same day on her Own Recognizance, or a promise to show up for the next court appearance without the requirement to post bond.
A judge has sealed the full affidavit, but no one at the court clerk's office, or the DA's office could tell us why.
However an information sheet states Harris had sex with a 16 year old male student, between May 11 and May 15.
"It's tough , it's just you don't know," a resident said.
Coleman Superintendent Dr. John Sheridan sent this statement to News 12:
"Coleman Public School is always concerned with the safety of all our students. The school has cooperated with law enforcement regarding this matter. Coleman School has also properly reported this matter to the Oklahoma State Department of Education. The employee in question has not been employed by the Coleman Public School in any capacity this school year. Beyond those facts the matter in question is a criminal matter and the Coleman Public School cannot comment further."
A spokeswoman with the Oklahoma State Department of Education tells us Harris' teaching license was suspended back in June, after the district reported her alleged crime to them in May.
"Ask questions, don't be afraid to talk to you kids, because sometimes they may be afraid to talk to you," a resident said.
Harris was ordered to have no contact with the child, and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is working the case.
A Lyon County woman convicted in November of child sexual abuse will spend the next eight years behind bars.

In addition, the judge imposed lifetime postrelease supervision and lifetime registry as a sex offender. Bond is also required to pay nearly $4,000 in restitution.

The charges stem from incidents involving two children under the age of 14 that occurred between January 2008 and September 2014. The case was investigated by the Lyon County Sheriff's Office, the Lyon County Attorney's Office and the Department of Children and Families.

Britain's worst female paedophile Vanessa George, 45, who worked at Little Teds nursery in Plymouth, Devon until her arrest in 2009, described herself to a lover as a 'paedo whore mum' and the scale and depravity of her crimes shocked the nation.

She was arrested and jailed for sexually assaulting babies and children aged around two, photographing the abuse, and sending the images to Colin Blanchard, the 'Facebook friend' to whom she sent thousands of messages and photographs.

She admitted taking up to eight pictures a day while on duty in an attempt to get him to propose to her.

There were fears she would walk free after serving her minimum sentence of seven years in December 2016, but she was turned down for parole.

The panel decided the mother-of-two was still a danger and will not be considered for release again until 2019.

SEBASTIAN COUNTY, Ark. (KARK) - Officials have made an arrest in computer child pornography charges.
Kelly Riley, 43, was interviewed and admitted to her involvement in the trafficking of images of child pornography

She told police she would receive and send images to others she met online.

Authorities say that the images were very graphic in nature, showing children in sexual acts with adults.  Deputies say that the children appear to between the ages of  6 to 10 years old.
When investigators contacted Riley she was babysitting a 5-year-old child. DHS was contacted, however no evidence has been discovered that the child was harmed by Riley
She was charged with 4 counts of Computer Child Pornography. Deputies say that her electronic devices are also being forensically examined and if more child pornography is found more charges could be added.
No tears were shed by Sasha L. Bruner as she took the opportunity given her in Labette County District Court to make a statement before being sentenced to 15 years in prison on charges of rape and sexual exploitation of a child.
Reading from a written statement the 30-year-old from Parsons had prepared, Bruner told the court she is a granddaughter and daughter, a niece and a mother … a woman with goals, who once wanted to make a difference in the world.
“I’m still a woman with values,” she told the judge. “I may be a lot of things, but one thing I’m not is a predator.”
She blamed the allegations against her on standard procedure of law enforcement and the courts, which moved her from being a victim in the situation to becoming “nothing more than a number.”
She said when she began dating her co-defendent, Jered Bybee, her life changed, and while she did not have time to share all the horrors of the relationship with the court, she shared her plans to write a book about it someday.
Bybee still faces prosecution on his 34-count complaint. Bybee is charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child, three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy (oral and anal copulation with children ages 1 to 5) and four counts of sexual exploitation of a child. All of these charges are off-grid felonies with lengthy prison terms possible. He’s also charged with 23 counts of sexual exploitation of a child, level five felonies, for possessing pictures, film, video or other images on a Dell laptop computer, flash drives, memory sticks and SDHC cards for cameras. The pictures were of children under age 18 engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The last three counts are misdemeanors (criminal sodomy) alleging that between Jan. 1, 2013, and July 14, 2016, Bybee engaged in sodomy with an animal.
In July 2016, Parsons police began investigating after a detective received a phone call from someone who heard allegations of child pornography and child sexual abuse. The person calling police said he or she heard that Bybee possessed child pornography and that he had “messed” with two children. Bybee kept pornographic material on memory sticks or thumb drives. Bybee also possessed sexual toys.
Reading on, Bruner stated she was not Bybee’s companion, but “his prisoner, a slave trapped,” and said that he would remind her daily she was his property and her only way out was prison or death.
If I did not satisfy his desires, he would beat me up or threaten my family’s life,” she said as she continued to read the words she had written, while still expressing no deep emotions. “I had no idea he was photographing (a victim) while I was asleep. If I had known, I would have turned him in despite my fears.”
She claimed she had been planning her escape, but freedom only came when he was arrested.
She told District Judge Fred W. Johnson that she was just beginning to rebuild her life and find herself, when about a year after Bybee’s arrest, she learned Bybee had been taking pictures of his victims and then within a week was herself arrested.
“Ultimately I will only be judged by God. He knows the truth, and he knows my heart. In this I find solace. My body is still a prisoner, but my soul is free,” she said.
She told Johnson that in prison she plans to still be productive because she still wants the world to be a better place.
She said she wouldn’t be there to teach her children, so she hopes they are loved and safe.
Per the plea agreement, Bruner was sentenced to a 15-year prison term on the two charges.
To reach the 180 months, the court moved from the standard sentence of 176 months increasing to an aggravated sentence of 186 months, then adjusted the sentence down six months through a durational departure. Bruner is required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
