A mother-of-two has died after her womb was almost torn out by her rapist, according to reports.

Sveltana Sapogova, 41, is said to have died when she was raped with a car jack that was then opened inside her.

Police arrested Danil Cheshko, 19, who is alleged to have carried out the attack after offering her a lift home from a mutual friend’s funeral, according to reports in southern Russia. It is believed that he confessed to police that he had carried out the violent attack, leaving her for dead in the car. She was found by a passerby who called police and paramedics, but nothing could be done to save her after she lost so much blood.

A friend of the victim called Nadezhda said: ‘The car jack was found on the back seat of the car next to Svetlana. ‘It was all covered in blood. Now it is being examined by police.

Svetlana lost 3 litres of blood. ‘Her crotch was ripped out. He left her in the car to die and fled.

Doctors made surgery all night through, and twice resuscitated her.

‘He was caught immediately and he confessed everything.’

The victim had two children, a girl aged 13 and a boy, 11.

Cheshko is being investigated for causing death by inflicting serious harm to health or negligence and also sexual violence.

MARTHA LAKE, Wash. – A 19-year-old Lynwood man was arrested after a police found he didn’t help a woman after she overdosed on drugs, but instead raped her as she was dying and put her body in a bin that he intended to bury.
Brian Roberto Varela was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter, controlled-substance homicide and second-degree rape.
According to allegations in court documents:
The man and the victim were at a party at the Martha Lake Mobile Home Manor on Saturday, and after she snorted a line of Percocet he gave her a “dab” of liquid THC. She quickly passed out.
The man proceeded to rape her, texting pictures of her to his friends and writing “LOL I think she OD’d, still breathing.”
A friend later said the man said “she died having sex with me,” and took that as a boast.
Once the victim was dead, the man saw a Facebook post from the victim’s mom saying she was missing that asked people for help finding her. He used the victim’s fingerprint to get access to her phone, and fabricated a SnapChat post on her account to give the impression she’d decided to run away from home.
He then threw the phone into the woods behind his work.
The man admitted to police he stuffed her body in a bin, which police later found in a bedroom in the mobile home.

Former Miami student Nicolas Cristescu was sentenced to five years in prison for a felony charge of gross sexual imposition in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas.

Cristescu, 20, was originally indicted for rape, sexual battery and 11 counts of voyeurism after drugging, raping and filming an unconscious woman in his Heritage Commons residence in the hours between Oct. 11 and Oct. 12.

As part of a plea bargain, Cristescu pleaded guilty to the amended charge of gross sexual imposition in December. The charges for voyeurism and sexual battery were dismissed.

The five-year sentence which Judge Michael Oster ordered is the maximum sentence for gross sexual imposition, a third degree felony. Oster also ruled that Cristescu be registered as a Tier I sexual offender, requiring Cristescu to register every 12 months for a period of 15 years.

As part of the plea bargain, Oster said, he was directed to view and watch the photos and videos of the victim. After seeing the footage, he said, he knew he was watching someone being raped.

“This perpetrator knew exactly what he was doing,” Oster said.

During Cristescu’s allocution — the formal statement a guilty defendant is allowed to make before being sentenced — he cited the events of Oct. 11-12 as the “biggest mistake of [his] life,” and said he had consumed alcohol and Xanax the night of the assault.

“This defendant did not care about his fellow human being,” Oster said, calling this sentencing “one of the most appalling things” he has had to do in his years on the bench.

Assistant Butler County Prosecutor Kelly Heile described the amount of pornography and nudity found on Cristescu’s phone as “extreme” and “one of the worst” she had seen.

“The phone’s content shows an entirely different person than the one described in the letters,” Heile said, referring to the nine character references written by Cristescu’s friends to the judge.

Cristescu had developed a filing system on his phone, Heile said, storing explicit photos and videos of individual, unidentified females.

The victim addressed Cristescu at the hearing, tearfully describing how the October assault had traumatized her and her family, who watched from the front row of the courtroom. She described how she now has to seek frequent medical treatment for her trauma, recently dropped out of school and had to move away from her friends — her largest support group.

“My life will never will never be the same,” she said.

After the assault, Cristescu called her, she said, because he was facing drug charges, and, when law enforcement officers were searching his phone, they found explicit photos and videos of her.

He asked her to lie about the photos and videos of her on his phone and the events of the assault, she said.

The victim eventually went to the police and identified herself as the woman from the photos and videos.

“I felt as though I didn’t have ownership of my body anymore,” she said after viewing the video with the detective.

Oster took a moment to speak to the victim after she finished reading her statement.

“I hope you’re able to understand, yourself, that this isn’t your fault,” Oster said.

On Dec. 14, in Butler County Area I Court in Oxford, Cristescu pleaded guilty to a marijuana paraphernalia charge and an amended class one misdemeanor for disseminating matter harmful to minors. The drug charge was the original offense which prompted the search of Cristescu’s phone.

Cristescu studied finance at Miami and was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity — two facts which Cristescu’s attorney, Steve Kilburn of Rittger’s & Rittger’s, cited in defense of his client’s character.

As of December, Cristescu was a sophomore, but he was not enrolled at Miami for the spring semester, said university spokeswoman Claire Wagner.

Initially, Oster had told Cristescu his 33 days already served in Butler County Jail would apply toward his five-year sentence. However, Heile cited that Cristescu was not eligible for the Ohio Revised Code 2967.19 “Petition for Early Release” ordinance, and Oster revoked Cristescu’s earned time.

After clarifying the terms of Cristescu’s sentence, Oster addressed the victim one last time.

“The court system is ill-equipped to make someone whole,” Oster said. “Never let anyone take away your power to live, only you get to define your life.”

Cristescu was taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs to serve his sentence.

Two teenagers have been charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in September, according to documents filed in Tulsa County District Court.
Jacob Krey Davis, 18, and Corbin Allen West, 16, were charged with first-degree rape as youthful offenders. West also was charged with possessing, procuring, manufacturing, selling or distributing child pornography in connection with videos of minors engaged in sexual acts that reportedly were discovered on his phone during the police investigation.
On Sept. 18, Davis, who was 17 at the time, and West were reportedly with the 15-year-old girl and another girl and were drinking alcohol at a private residence. A Snapchat video showed the victim drinking bourbon straight from the bottle and getting so drunk that she eventually lost consciousness, the documents state.
West later told an acquaintance that after the girl passed out, he and the other girl left her alone in a room with Davis, investigators say. West said that when he returned, he saw Davis undressing the girl while wearing a condom, according to court records.
Later in the evening, Davis reportedly took the other girl home, leaving the unconscious girl alone with West for about 45 minutes, police reported.
West told the acquaintance that he tried to wake the girl by “poking her, slapping her, punching her in the arm and shaking her,” court documents state. When none of those methods roused her, West put his fingers in her vagina “to see if she was faking,” the documents state.
The victim later told investigators that earlier in the evening, West groped her breasts and butt, which she told him not to do.
Court records indicate that at the end of the night, Davis left the unconscious girl in a woman’s front yard and fled. Someone called 911, and the girl was taken to Saint Francis Hospital. Signs of sexual assault were discovered later during a sexual assault exam at another hospital, the records state.
Witnesses told investigators that Davis asked them to lie about the events of the night, court records state. One witness reportedly told police that Davis asked her to “delete anything that had to do” with Davis off the victim’s phone.
A search of West’s phone revealed several videos that “appear to show West recording (two) minors engaged in a sex act,” court records state. West reportedly pointed the camera at his own face at one point in the video.
A portion of one of the videos was sent out over Snapchat, investigators reported.
Davis was booked into the Tulsa Jail on Tuesday and released several hours later on a $40,000 bond, jail records indicate.
West was not listed in jail records. Court documents state that he is suspended from his school for the remainder of the academic year for “groping several girls at school.”
West is a student at Jenks High School, a district spokesman confirmed.
Davis is a student at Edison Preparatory School, said Tulsa Public Schools spokeswoman Emma Garrett Nelson.
Garrett Nelson didn’t address the incident in particular but said the district would serve an “adjudicated student” in a school setting “that best meets his or her needs, ensures the safety of all students, and minimizes disruption to teaching and learning.”
”While we cannot comment further on this matter, please know that we will continue to ensure a strong and supportive learning environment for all Edison students, teachers, and staff. I will certainly make you aware of any relevant information that is allowable and appropriate for us to release,P said Edison Principal Dixie Speer in a note to parents.

WILMINGTON, Del. — A Dover airman admitted to investigators he raped a 14-year-old girl as many as five times over a few months after meeting her on Tinder, according to court documents.
Police found the two together, according to court documents.
Zepplin Taylor-McGinness, a 21-year-old stationed at Dover Air Force Base, was arrested by Dover police following an investigation that started in November.
He was charged with four counts of second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child by harboring a runaway. According to court documents, Taylor-McGinness knew she was 14.
Delaware law states a child of 14 years cannot consent to sex.
Taylor-McGinness is the third Dover airman accused of raping a teenager over the past year.
In the Taylor-McGinness case, an officer was informed by the teenager's guardian on Nov. 14 that the Delmar girl was at the Dover Country Club Apartments with Taylor-McGinness, according to court documents.
A Dover police master corporal told the officer this was "the second time in recent months" the teenager had run away and been found with Taylor-McGinness, according to court documents.
Court documents said he told police during one encounter the girl was 14 and a runaway.
Dover police spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said police had no evidence of wrongdoing when the two first had been found together and neither would admit they'd had sex. When police found them together again in November, Hoffman said, there was evidence of wrongdoing, but he did not say what it was.
The Air Force Office of Special Investigations interviewed Taylor-McGinness on Nov. 30, according to court documents. During the interview, he admitted to having sex with the girl multiple times on his bed, according to court documents. He said then he'd met her on Tinder.

WARREN, Mich. - A teen girl testified in court about a rape that happened at the hands of one of her classmates.
Khymani Jamal Tolbert, 14, of Warren, is accused of raping a 14-year-old freshman girl in a school stairwell, police said.

Victim describes sex assault

"I started pushing him and told him to leave me alone," the victim said. "He slammed me on the floor."
The girl said Tolbert raped her on the floor of the school.
"I gave up. He was doing what he wanted to do," she said.
Tolbert's defense argued that the sex was consensual.
"I never touched him," the victim said.

Tolbert has criminal history

Documents obtained by Local 4 show that Tolbert had a criminal history. He was arrested last summer for larceny and curfew violations in Wayne County and was placed in juvenile detention.
In July, a judge ruled that he was "incorrigible," and noted that he disrespects his mother, runs away from home three times a week, smokes marijuana three to four times a week and refuses to attend school.
In September, Tolbert absconded while on probation. He was charged with curfew violations and stealing property.
A juvenile judge wrote, "Parents have failed to address the respondent's dangerous & risk-taking activities placing the youth and others at risk of harm."
Tolbert's case was transferred to Macomb County after he and his mother moved to Warren. He was enrolled at Lincoln High School after the move.

Authorities respond to the assault

Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer said the case sent an emotional shock wave through his department because of the sheer brutality involved.
"This is the saddest, most vicious case I've seen, the most violent case I've seen that's brutal, heinous, monstrous," said Dwyer.
There are about 50 security cameras inside the school. More than one camera appears to have captured the terrifying assault. The victim tried to fight off the attacker for 20 minutes, Dwyer said.
"I mean I can't describe the feelings we have for this victim and family as far as our sorrow goes out, support goes out to the family," he said.
Van Dyke Schools Superintendent Piper Bognar released a statement, saying: "We are horrified and saddened by this situation ... We are doing all we can for the victim and the family. The school personnel responded swiftly, and we are continuing to work with the Warren Police Department and related law enforcement authorities."
Dwyer believes the attacker has done this before.
"I hope he goes to prison for life because he deserves life for what he did to her to this 14 year old victim," he said.
Tolbert is being held in jail without bail. In addition to the three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, he also faces one count of unlawful imprisonment.

The 18-year-old man was arrested after the girl contacted police to say he had attacked her inside a home in Esslingen, near Stuttgart.
The man previously served a year in juvenile detention for attempted rape and was released in December last year under court supervision.
Police and prosecutors in Esslingen said the girl visited the man at his apartment in the city on after becoming friends.
It was in the apartment that he forced her to have sex against her will.
The girl saw the man in the city's downtown area again when he threatened her, before she reported the attack to police.
He was arrested at his home the following day, Süddeutsche Zeitung reports. He has denied the allegations.
